Hey everyone,
I thought it would be fun to start a blog for youth, parents or whoever to share and discuss. I look for the blog to stir up conversation about youth culture and youth life.
This month, the Station has been all about relationships. A question I have for you is...what do you believe realistic dating is in your culture today? Also if you have been in youth for the last month, do you have any comments or questions about what has been said? (you dont even need to leave your name...just leave john smith or something)

This is pretty cool jayson! I just wanted to say that i really liked last wed. with the video! It honestly really did make me think about relationships in highschool!
Why are you always hating on dating? Do you think I'm evil for dating? Do you give me stink eye when I'm not looking?
You'll never guess who I am because of my super clever secret name.
Signed Sincerely,
Kachel Kubin
haha I'm joking, Jay..
You've been saying some good things that make me think about how my relationship works, and I actually enjoy it. The video was nice, it was cool that you put extra effort into it; You didn't just preach a sermon, you put more time in, going above and beyond. Good work. You know I look up to you and respect what you say..
have a good one.
Signed again,
Kachel Kubin
hey jay
i thought last wed. was really cool...it helped alot with realising that in high school its ok to not be dating and just to get really close with your friends and expecially with God.
i will admit that i generally dread "dating month",
but i do feel that this segment on relationships really shed some light on the situations and it's been helpful.
and like Kachel said, you can see that you've been putting an extra effort in jay.
snaps for you=]
like the last writer, i generally dread "relationship month" but this year was different. you gave us different perspectives not even just one, but ten!
thank you soo much.
it reallymade me think that maybe i should just stop looking so hard for a "significant other"
because if my relationship with God isn't so hot, why would i add another one?
thanks so much Jayson,
Jane Doe
So, this is my first time looking at the blog, and I think that this is really a great idea. It gives kids the ability to respond or question, anonymously, and for kids to see what others are struggling with, which is usually what they themselves are struggling with. Jayson, you are really doing a great job with the youth group. Keep it up. I also think that the new Quad system is much more effective and allows more kids to be reached.
Yo Jay,
This last series that you taught on was Christ being our remedy,I would just like to let you know I really believe that those sermons were for me. I have been struggling for a while now with finding joy in life. Your sermons made me look at my life and really reflect. I noticed that I tried to fill my life with everything but God and you were right NOTINNG ELSE BROUGHT HAPPINESS. In closing I would just like to say thank you for listening and seeking God in those sermons, if you hadn't i would probably still be were i was so thank you.
P.s. Sry I didn't talk about dating and i know thats why you set up this forum. LOL :P
thanx logan
